Barbara completed her 200-hour RYT in 2014; 300-hour RYT in 2015 and with her 500-hour RYT training with Healing Movements she experienced a deeper connection to listening to her body, being kinder to herself, and releasing self-expectations helped significantly in her healing journey from a brain injury.
Please keep an eye out for future announcements on a Brain Health series lead by Barbara coming to the studio soon.

In my classes you will experience the 8 limbs of yoga. It is my goal to hold a judgment free space where students can grow. I use an approach which is both gentle and strengthening, it is my goal for both of us to be carrying our groceries at 80.
Yoga is not about touching your toes.
